MISSED LESSONS
Absenteeism can come in a variety of forms; conflicting activities, family holidays and events to name a few. Every season brings its own challenges when students are unable to attend due to the cold & flu, allergies, heat related illnesses, etc. As much as we sympathize with family circumstances, we need to maintain a strict cancellation policy.
We have a studio building and property to maintain and a responsibility to pay our teachers. To remain viable, our studio classrooms are full most days and our teacher’s schedules are often at capacity.
Student absences and/or missed lessons will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Lessons or classes cancelled by our Studio due to inclement weather, or teacher’s absence will be rescheduled at a mutually agreeable time, or a substitute teacher will fill in. If mutually agreeable the lesson can also be held online.
DISCONTINUATION OF LESSONS
If you wish to discontinue lessons before the end of June 2024, it is imperative that you notify The Studio (not the teacher) by phone at 519-727-0555 or email admin@reneesmusicstudio.ca as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for two additional lessons following your cancellation notice. Any remaining lessons will be refunded. It is up to you whether you would like to attend your final two lessons or forfeit them.
